By using SprueFinder ("the service") at spruefinder.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What SprueFinder Is

SprueFinder is a community database for identifying Games Workshop sprue codes. It is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Games Workshop Limited in any way. All Games Workshop product names, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to Games Workshop Limited.

Using the Service

• You may use SprueFinder to look up sprue codes, submit new codes, and contribute to the community database
• You must not submit false, misleading, or intentionally incorrect information
• You must not attempt to scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the service
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

Content You Submit

When you submit sprue codes or other information to SprueFinder, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the community database. You represent that you have the right to submit the information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Submitted codes and kit information become part of the public community database. We reserve the right to edit, correct, or remove submissions at our discretion.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Handles (screen names) are first-come, first-served and must not impersonate others or contain offensive content. We reserve the right to remove or rename handles that violate these terms.

eBay Affiliate Links

SprueFinder contains affiliate links to eBay listings through the eBay Partner Network. When you click these links and make a purchase, SprueFinder may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. These links are provided as a convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of any specific listing or seller.

Photo Scanning

The photo scanning feature uses AI (Google Gemini) to attempt to read sprue codes from photos you upload. Photos are processed and not permanently stored on our servers. Results are not guaranteed and may be inaccurate. Free tier usage is limited to 10 scans per month.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SprueFinder is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the sprue code database. The service may be unavailable at times and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SprueFinder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
